change name of your blogspot and url

You can always rename your blogspot blog by going to Settings => Publishing and typing in your new preferred blog name.  For example, you want to go from

www.sammysfish.blogspot.com  to
www.samsfish.blogspot.com

This is not the same as changing to a domain name you've purchased.
