Here is the code for creating a horizontal line in Blogger:
Don't forget to remove the quotes! And if you can change the color of the line by changing the color=#eeeeee to something else such as the color code for black, "color=#000000," etc. You can also change the width of the line by changing the percentage-- easy, peasy.
