the wonderful CALM Act goes into effect

Oh what a joy! The CALM Act (Commercial Advertisement Loudness Mitigation), which limits the volume of TV commercials, finally went into effect on Thursday, 12/13/2012.

No more screaming commercials that drive me, and probably you, batty. If you have a complaint, please file a complaint at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.
